Eligibility for Returns

✔ Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
✔ Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
✔ All product tags, certificates (if any), and accessories must be intact.
✔ Products purchased on sale, clearance, or personalized/customized orders are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Customized/engraved jewellery

  • Gift cards & discounted sale items


Return Process

  1. Request a Return

    • Email us at Glitterstrend@gmail.com with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Instructions

    • Once approved, our team will share the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item Back

    • Pack the product securely to avoid damage in transit.

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was defective/wrong).

  4. Inspection & Confirmation

    • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it.

    • If approved, you can choose between a refund, replacement, or store credit.


Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • In such cases, return shipping will be free, and you will get a replacement or full refund.


Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
